Women who have paid their debt to society still face an enormous step from prison to freedom. Most will stumble.  National statistics show that the majority of women leaving prison struggle to find housing or climb out of poverty.  Too many fall back into addiction and unhealthy lifestyles. 

For most inmates, prison is a revolving door of recidivism.

Not a single one of our graduates has been sent back to prison since 2018.  Instead, they graduate with jobs, savings to make a fresh start and, in most cases, reconciled with their children and other family members.

Much of the reason for that success is the faith and support from people like you, people who believe that a woman’s past doesn’t define her future, people who know God didn’t put us on this earth to be addicts, of inmates, or to have to struggle every day to survive.
